Summer Strength & Conditioning


Youth Recreation / Strength/Fitness -
Summer 2022

This lifting, speed, and conditioning program will safely increase your strength, power, lean body mass, balance, endurance, athletic performance, general health, and prevent injury. At the time of registration, athletes will designate a preferred time slot (various options between 7 am - 11 am). Placement will be determined by strength coaches, and emailed prior to the start date. Athletes will be assigned a time based on ability, grade, and sport participation.
