ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.

Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Gift Certificates from Northfield Community Education can be used for early childhood, youth enrichment and recreation AND adult enrichment and recreation classes.
Driver Education Classroom instructor Kevin Dahle and Sgt. Paul LaRoche from the Rice County Sheriff's Office will present the "Point of Impact" program and will be available to answer any specific questions afterwards as it relates to community based Driver Education and local law enforcement. After attending this event, parents will receive a certificate that reduces their student’s required driving hours from 50 hours to 40 hours.
