ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Gift Certificates from Northfield Community Education can be used for early childhood, youth enrichment and recreation AND adult enrichment and recreation classes.
This camp takes students through the 3D printing process from start to finish. Students will design 3D objects using TinkerCAD and use the 3D slicing program Cura to bring their creations to life. This course is an excellent introduction to 3D printing and is ideal for students who like to draw, design, imagine, and see their creations come to life. Students will print one keychain during class. If printing is not completed in class, prints will be mailed home.
