We each have a unique experience under the common umbrella of grief. Use your phone or device to explore your own lens of grief. Each day, you’ll be assigned a theme word for your pictures. The next day, we’ll take a look at all the pictures so you can see the perspective of others on the same theme. Create a visual journal with your own doodles, words, and printed photos as part of a toolkit of ideas for processing your own grief. Class fee includes book, blank journal and supplies.
