ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.

Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Classes for students in K-5

Gift Certificates from Northfield Community Education can be used for early childhood, youth enrichment and recreation AND adult enrichment and recreation classes.

Little League runs Monday - Wednesday. It does not run on Thursdays, as was listed in the print brochure.
Come on out to the ballpark and enjoy a season where the love of the game comes first. Through a mix of drill work, repetition of fundamentals, positional skill building, and a variety of sport related activities, players will learn the basics, be introduced to field positions, and will become better players. The tee will be used when necessary, but players will also spend time hitting via coach pitch. Tentative activities include a water and picture day, and a pitch, hit, and run competition.
