ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Gift Certificates from Northfield Community Education can be used for early childhood, youth enrichment and recreation AND adult enrichment and recreation classes.
Take your Taekwondo to the next level! Improve physical fitness, focus, and flexibility through traditional forms, controlled-contact sparring, and self-defense techniques as you work toward your world recognized black belt. Students practice basic techniques and learn intermediate and advanced techniques based on their current skill-level. Students work on basic material with the Intro to Martial Arts class from 6-6:30 pm and advanced material based on their skill-level from 6:30-7:15pm. Sign up for the whole session or choose the drop-in option. This class is intended for older students (11+) and students who have progressed to a sufficient level in the Intro to Martial Arts class. Beginning students should register for the Intro to Martial Arts class. Uniform, protective equipment & test fees are additional.
