ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Learn starts, stops, falls, transitions, and backward skating from your instructors, who are retired roller derby skaters! Stay afterward for free entry to the annual Arena Roll event. Bring water, skates (or rent at the time of registration for $5/pair), & protective gear: helmet, wrist guards, knee & elbow pads. Purchase available from Northside Boards. Quads or Inlines. No Pads OK. Adults welcome.
