ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

The Northfield United States Bowling Association (USBC) is a non-profit organization designed to introduce students to bowling. Meet other kids, make friends, have fun, and prepare for the Raider High School Bowling Team, and a lifetime of enjoyment. Learning to bowl also offers a chance to earn scholarships for continued education. $6,000,000 in scholarships are provided by the bowling industry every year. In addition, 250 colleges offer bowling with scholarships. No experience necessary. Coaching and equipment are provided. Participants may bowl one or both sessions, and can join at any time for a prorated fee. An annual $10 United States Bowling Congress sanction fee is additional for the new season and due the first session of participation (membership year is September 2024 - August 2025). $100 first session of participation in membership year. $90 additional sessions in membership year.
