ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.

Basketball, Flag Football, Tennis, Soccer, Lacrosse, Skating and more for students Pre-K to 12th grade.
Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Paint, Draw, Clay, Bead....all day open art studio will keep your budding creative artist engaged during Spring Break. The Art Studio will open at 8:15am and close at 3:15pm. Your student is welcome to spend part of the day or all day everyday fueling their creative passions. There will be various optional art lessons sprinkled out during each day. Your student can engage in the lesson or continue working on their own projects. Please send your child with a morning and afternoon snack and lunch. Weather permitting, there will be outdoor breaks. Price includes art lessons and supplies. Space is limited to 10 students each day.
