Classroom and Behind the Wheel training for students ages 15-18.
ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.
Summer PLUS is a summer academic program for students who have been specially invited and referred based on one or more of the following state and district criteria: academic performance, attendance, mental health or English learner status.

Get ready to unleash your creativity in this hands-on 3D printing adventure! In this exciting camp, students will dive into the world of design and technology, starting with crafting their own 3D creations in TinkerCAD. From there, they’ll learn how to bring their designs to life using the powerful 3D slicing software, Cura. Whether you’re into drawing, imagining, or building, this camp is the perfect way to see your ideas transform from screen to reality!
Throughout the course, students will design and print a personalized keychain. Don’t worry if you don’t finish in class; we’ll mail your prints home so you can show off your creations. With all printing and materials covered, this is the ultimate introduction to the world of 3D printing.
All you need to bring is your imagination, a lunch, and a drink. Let’s create something amazing together!
