Classroom and Behind the Wheel training for students ages 15-18.
ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days. Kid Ventures is currently WAITLIST ONLY.
Summer PLUS is a summer academic program for students who have been specially invited and referred based on one or more of the following state and district criteria: academic performance, attendance, mental health or English learner status.

Prepare for an out-of-this-world adventure in robotics, where engineering, programming, and teamwork collide in a galaxy of fun! Designed by the masterminds at MIT, the WEDO Robotics system brings space-themed projects to life, teaching students the secrets of simple machines, engineering, and coding—all while building epic Star Wars and space-inspired robots! Working in pairs, students will explore the universe of robotics as they design and create their own intergalactic creations. From planetary gears to programmable motors, they’ll master essential STEM skills and bring their robotic visions to life in ways that are *literally* out of this world. With endless creativity, hands-on problem-solving, and the thrill of building robots from a galaxy far, far away, this course is perfect for young engineers, coders, and Star Wars fans alike!Don’t forget to bring your lunch, a drink, and your imagination—we’re about to launch into a stellar experience! *Registration deadline is July 18.* This class must meet a minimum enrollment to run. Please register early to maintain the class schedule.
