BLAST: Middle School referred Summer Program
Classroom and Behind the Wheel training for students ages 15-18.
ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Early Childhood Screening is FREE and provides general information about your child's growth and development, identify possible health or learning concerns, and connect you with community resources and programs
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.
Summer PLUS is a summer academic program for students who have been specially invited and referred based on one or more of the following state and district criteria: academic performance, attendance, mental health or English learner status.

Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Have you inherited a sewing machine, but don't know how to sew? Is it collecting dust in the basement and want to learn how to use it? This class will teach you the basics of sewing. Bring your *WORKING sewing machine to class, where you will learn the proper terms, threading, machine operation, and spend time practicing typical stitches. Class size is limited to 5 participants each night. Must be 15+ to attend. Sign up for one night, or two for a deeper dive.
*plan to have your machine checked by a sewing center, such as Faribault Vacuum and Sewing Center or B&J Sewing prior to class*
