Nordic Walking is a full-body workout that improves posture, core strength, and has a stress busting rhythm all its own. Similar to cross-country skiing without the snow, it uses poles to propel you forward. This introductory class covers the benefits (heart health, weight management, mobility, and confidence), pole specifics, basic technique, and a guided walk at a comfortable pace and distance. Suitable for all fitness levels, with poles provided. Put on your walking shoes and come give it a try!
