Are you a student in grades 8 - 12, and want to cheer on your NHS football team this fall? If so, come join Fall Football Sideline Cheer! We hold weekly practices, cheer and stunt on the sidelines of home and away football games throughout the season. You will need to purchase white cheer shoes (prices vary - parents order), a t-shirt for the games (we have these made), and a cheer warm up jacket (purchased through Varsity for the cold weather games). The estimated cost of those items is between $150-$200. Participants will also need to purchase a uniform (through Varsity for an additional $180-$250). These uniforms, owned by the participant, will be used for multiple seasons. Coach Laurie will have more information about these details at the fall informational meeting on MAY 15th at 3:30 in the lower cafeteria of the high school. You may sign up through Community Education by August 12th to cheer for this 2025 fall season. If you have questions, please email coach Laurie at laurieas17@outlook.com. We will have 2 "get to know the team" practices on Mon July 7 from 5-6:00 pm and Thurs July 10th from 3:30-4:30pm. REGULAR SEASON PRACTICE’S START THE WEEK OF JULY I4TH. They will be Mondays 5-6:30 and Thursday’s 3:30-5:30 until school starts. When school starts, they are on Monday’s 5-7 pm and Thursday’s 3:30-5:30 pm. I will have a schedule for the cheerleaders at the first practice with practices, games, and other events we do.
