Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Join our hands-on Lefse-making class with Jill, where you'll learn simple, foolproof techniques to perfect your rolling and handle your lefse with confidence.
In this class, Jill will walk you through the entire process, focusing on easy methods to roll and transfer your lefse to and from the griddle without a hitch. Imagine mastering this delicious, traditional Norwegian treat while eliminating the stress of common mistakes. Plus, you'll get to taste your creation and even take some home to share!
To make your experience even better, all tools and supplies are provided. All you need to do is bring an apron, avoid wearing black (we want you to focus on the fun, not the flour!), and get ready for a rewarding, tasty adventure!
