ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Classes for Middle and High School students.
Register your child for something that challenges them this spring! Knowledgeable staff from Northfield's Northside Boards will instruct and work with your child to learn parts of the board, the physics of skateboarding, the basics of how to ride and stop, and simple tricks. Skateboards will be provided, but you may bring your own. You must wear a helmet. Shoulder and knee pads are encouraged.
