ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
From a galaxy far, far away, your Star Wars® adventure begins! In this creative camp, students will design intergalactic scenes using starships, droids, and Star Wars–inspired characters, then bring their ideas to life by creating a stop-motion animated short film. Alongside moviemaking, participants will explore Star Wars–themed coding activities, learning to design games and interactive projects inspired by the saga. Basic reading skills required. A minimum enrollment is required for this class. Please register at least 10 days before the start date to help ensure the class runs.
