ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.

Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Get a great head start in coding and computer science using Python, one of the most popular programming languages used by professional developers. Python’s simple, readable syntax allows students to express ideas in fewer lines of code than many other languages, making it an ideal choice for beginners. As a text-based language, this class is best for students with strong keyboarding skills. Students will create and save their own projects and games. Please bring a USB drive to save your work, along with a lunch and drink.
A minimum enrollment is required for this class. Please register at least 10 days before the start date to help ensure the class runs.
