ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Explore, Learn & Grow – Classes for K–12 Students

Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Boys Middle School Basketball Summer Camp (entering grades 7&8): Receive instructional sessions from the high school boys basketball coaching staff and players. You will concentrate on shooting, footwork, and ball handling skills development. You will also be learning team fundamentals and applying in competitive game play. Registration also includes open gyms. 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 5:30 - 7 pm NHS
Boys Rising High School Basketball Summer Camp (entering grades 9&10): Receive instructional sessions from the high school boys basketball coaching staff and players. Varsity High School Basketball Camp (entering grades 11&12 - invite only for younger grades): Receive instructional sessions from the high school boys basketball coaching staff and players. You will concentrate on shooting, footwork, and ball handling skills development. You will also be learning team fundamentals and applying in competitive game play. Access to open gyms on Sundays. Registration also enrolls you into 4 nights of league play (8 total games) in the South of the River (SOTR) League Tuesday nights and open gyms on 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 7 - 8:30 pm NHS - South OF The River Games (entering grades 11&12 only) 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30 More details coming from coaches
