ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Does your child like to run? Join US Olympic Trials qualifier and 5x Big 9 Coach of the Year, Nichole Porath, along with the NHS Girls Cross Country Team at the 3rd annual cross country running camp. Your child will do a variety of running activities including trail running, games, endurance runs, a scavenger hunt, and relays. The camp culminates with the option to run in the Raiders' community run/alumni meet on Saturday, August 22nd at the Carleton Arboretum. Your child might get tired, but they WILL have fun! Bring a water bottle and wear good running shoes.
