ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Explore, Learn & Grow – Classes for K–12 Students
Basketball, Flag Football, Tennis, Soccer, Lacrosse, Skating and more for students Pre-K to 12th grade.
Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Private swimming lessons are available for anyone regardless of age or ability. Lessons are held at the AmericInn Pool when an instructor is available (4:30 - 5 pm & 7:30 - 8 pm) on the following Tuesdays. Other people may be in the pool as the private lessons take place. To schedule a private lesson, please call Melissa at 507.664.3502. No online registration available.
Tuesdays, October 20 - December 8
$25/half hour. Children in the same family who are about the same swim level make take the lesson together for the cost of one.
Lessons are not final, and payment not collected unless an instructor can be found to cover the private lessons.
