ECFE is a statewide program that provides parent/child classes to all families with children birth to kindergarten. Classes are designed for your child's development and to support you as parents and caregivers.
Screening is free and includes a quick check your child's health and development. Screening is completed by an Early Childhood Professional and is tailored for your child's age, there is no pass or fail!
Early Ventures Learning Center is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed childcare center for children ages 6 weeks until kindergarten entrance located at the Northfield Community Education Center.
We offer classes for children ages 3-5 with morning, afternoon and all-day options to attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week. We are 4 star rated from the state of Minnesota!
Kid Ventures is a school-age care program through Northfield Public Schools Community Education. Kid Ventures operates before and after school, during the summer, and on most non-school days.

Basketball, Flag Football, Tennis, Soccer, Lacrosse, Skating and more for students Pre-K to 12th grade.
Refresh or gain the skills and certification necessary to apply first aid, administer CPR, use and AED, and perform lifesaving techniques.
Join other Early Childhood families to plant trees! Early Childhood families are invited to our Tree Planting Day! Volunteers will help guide families through the process of planting a tree. All ages are welcome.
All tools and training will be provided, and Tree Trust staff will be on hand to supervise and assist. Be prepared!
Wear weather appropriate clothing that can get dirty.
Wear closed-toe shoes or boots that can get dirty.
Bring a water bottle! This is hard work and it's important to stay hydrated.
Prepare for any weather - we work in the rain! Event will be cancelled or postponed in unsafe conditions (lightning, extreme temperatures, severe weather).
