Using a bucket, exercise ball, and drumsticks as workout equipment, you will focus on working arms and legs, while working out to fun, upbeat music. You can also practice your drumming skills! $15 for the entire session, or $5 drop-in per class.

This class is designed for beginners to help build a solid foundation. Each week will build on the previous week’s exercises.

This class is for absolutely any adult who wants to live a healthier lifestyle! Meeting locations include the high school main gym, auxiliary gym, and the weight room. Park in the back of the school and enter at door #10, the lower cafeteria/auditorium entrance.
