Learn an easy and foolproof recipe for Lefse! Stop worrying about your dough consistency and the potato boiling and ricing. Instead, join Jill to learn rolling and moving lefse on and off the griddle. We'll taste and take some home. Bring an apron and avoid wearing black. All tools and supplies will be provided.
Due to the hot griddles used to make lefse, this class is intended for adults, but children 12 years and older are welcome to register with an adult.
